Brent and Whitney, owners of B&W Catering Company are hands-down the most top notch catering service we have ever used. Not only are their communication skills totally professional, courteous and responsive, their personalities are so great that it makes you just want to work with them- all the time! Then comes the performance aspect where they really step it up. They are more than willing to work with any budget, crowd size, location etc. and can even pull up in their 'kitchen on wheels' if needed. Great people, great service, great food and just an overall great time whenever these folks are involved. Not enough stars to justify their rating!!
I've had the pleasure of attending a wedding and a fund raising dinner where B & W Catering prepared some amazing meals. The food was top notch, the service was impeccable, and wow did I mention the food was amazing? I highly recommend them for their professional and caring approach.
The day of the wedding, you both and your crew were INCREDIBLE. You rolled in several hours ahead of the reception and immediately began to set up the tables (see your beautiful current cover photo) just as Jami had envisioned them, setting up our cocktail hour table area, even the bar! All details were taken care of by you and your staff. The actual meal, when we finally were able to sit down and eat, was UNREAL. One of the best meals I've had in my life, without question!

I'm thrilled to be able to write about our wonderful experience with you both leading up to & during our wedding day! Big brother Kyle Battis had a wonderful suggesting to give you a ring! You both came out to my father's house (the reception site) and sat with us out on the deck & bounced ideas around with us; where logistically food prep & service would work best, talked about the different serving styles (we chose family style) that would create the perfect environment that we wanted for our meal, and finally asking us some great questions on what our food tastes were, in order to start drafting the menu. When the first draft of the menu came over to us, we knew we were in for very special meal, with a majority of the ingredients being grown, raised & pick from right in the Upper Valley. A few small tweaks brought us very close to our budget number, with just the what we were looking for in a meal!
Best. Food. Ever. Not to mention, best people ever! Brent & Whitney are so incredible – and their food is d-e-l-i-c-i-o-u-s. From our first meeting with Brent & Whitney, we could see their creativity. They just get excited about good food, and isn’t that what you want for your event?!? We knew their outside-the-wedding-box thinking would mean our guests would get to indulge in awesome food. We asked if they could put together a seafood risotto and it ended up being the best tasting risotto we’ve ever had. Everyone (including our “foodie” city friends) told us that the food was incredible. What our friends didn’t see was how closely Brent & Whitney worked with us on everything leading up to the big day – from organizing the flow of the buffet, to making sure our gluten-free and vegan friends had a REAL meal (and not just salad!), to having us over to their house for a tasting. Whitney even gave my wedding dress a last-minute straightening before I walked down the aisle! We love, love, love these two wonderful people and their wonderful food. If you are lucky enough to snag them for your event, you will be booking the best caterers in the Upper Valley, hands down! P.S. Get the scallop and waffle chip appetizer. You won’t regret it!
