Waited over 12 hours for AAA to have someone tow us out of a ditch. Finally AAA contacted Fay’s towing and he was here in twenty minutes and pulled us out. Call them the next time for fast, friendly, and cheerful service. They do AAA right! Thank you so much. We were very frustrated to say the least!
Our travel Insurance company called Fay's very late on Friday night because our truck was stuck in a ditch in a remote area. They came out within a half an hour, pulled the truck out of the ditch in 10 minutes, and were pleasant, polite, very helpful and did not make ys feel like idiots. Five stars!
